Large-scale exhibition “Sylvanian Families Exhibition 40th” held

Admission tickets go on sale from 10:00 on Thursday, February 27th

"Sylvanian Families Exhibition 40th," a large-scale exhibition of the dollhouse series "Sylvanian Families," which has been loved in more than 80 countries and regions around the world since its release in 1985, will be held from Friday, April 25, 2025 to Sunday, May 18, 2025 at Exhibition Hall D, 2F, Sunshine City Bunka Kaikan Building (Ikebukuro, Tokyo).

This exhibition invites you to the world of Sylvanian Families under the catchphrase "Welcome to Sylvanian Village." To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the birth of Sylvanian Families, we have prepared a special exhibition called "Sylvanian Families 40th Exhibition" that will allow you to fully experience the world of Sylvanian Families.

There will be a monument that will be unveiled for the first time, where you can enjoy the untold story of the birth of Sylvanian Village, a photo spot in the amusement park area, a large diorama display that recreates "Sylvanian Village," and an area displaying archived products such as the original house, the "big house with a red roof," and anniversary limited edition items. All areas and works are available for photography.

Merchandise available at the venue will include a baby keychain set exclusive to the "Sylvanian Families Exhibition 40th" as well as original goods featuring exhibition-exclusive visuals and illustrations.

Tickets will go on sale on ePlus from 10:00 on Thursday, February 27th. There are also special advance tickets that come with a limited number of "Flare die-cut pouches." For more information, please see the official website.

*On Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and Friday, April 25th, reservations are required for specific dates and times, and there is a limit to the number of tickets available for each session.
*On the dates for which reservations are available, same-day tickets will be sold only if the admission limit for each session has not been reached.
If you are visiting on weekdays except Friday, April 25th, no reservation is required for a specific date and time.
*Junior high school students and above are adults, and children under 2 years old are free.
*All admission tickets are sold at ePlus (ePlus website, ePlus app, FamilyMart multi-copy machines). Tickets will not be sold at the venue counter on the day.
*Children under elementary school age are not allowed to enter alone. Please make sure to come accompanied by a parent or guardian.
*The sale of the "Flare Die-Cut Pouch" set ticket will end as soon as the planned number of tickets is reached. If the planned number of tickets is reached during the advance sale period, tickets will not be sold on the day of the event. Also, tickets will not be sold at the venue.
*Some designs of the Flare die-cut pouch may be changed.
*The special shop is located at the end of the venue. You cannot enter through the special shop or use it before viewing the exhibition area. Also, you cannot return to the exhibition area from the special shop.

■Experience the world of Sylvanian Village and the amusement park area!

The entrance to the venue is a forest path where the Sylvanian Families welcome you. There are plenty of photo spots, including the amusement park area and a monument where you can enjoy the untold story of how Sylvanian Village was born, "The First Story of Sylvanian Village."

■Large diorama display

A large diorama measuring approximately 3.6m x 2.7m will be on display, recreating a Sylvanian village.

We will be exhibiting valuable archive products, including the first-generation House (released in 1985), previous "Big House with a Red Roof" models, and anniversary limited edition items.

Contents: You can make your own Sylvanian Families anniversary rosettes and color stands. There will also be a workshop where you can make your own Sylvanian Village friends using Aquabeads.

Since its launch in 1985, the series has been loved by people of all ages and genders in over 80 countries and regions around the world for its cute, detailed designs of dolls, houses, furniture, shops, and more.
With the theme of "nature, family, and love," the series fosters children's imagination and creativity, as well as family ties, compassion, and a respect for nature, encouraging emotional growth. The 3DCG animation series has also been made into a series and is being distributed worldwide.
