The “Sakura Photo Contest” was started by the local “Some Sakurai Satono Komagome Conference” to publicize the area with Somei Yoshino. Former Niwa House “Kazo”	Komagome (Somei) is known as a major planting area for planting trees since the Edo period, and is an area where many planting craftsmen have gathered. The storehouse is a reinforced concrete structure that has been a wooden storehouse built by the eighth generation Maemon of the Niwa family, who was a gardener representing Dyei until the end of the Meiji Era, and was also a landowner. It was designated as a National Registered Tangible Cultural Property in December 2007 because it is well preserved and remains in its early Showa period architecture.
