Yamaya Communications Co., Ltd. will open "Hakata Tempura Yamami Ikebukuro Store", a specialty store for Hakata Tempura set meals, on February 21, 2022 (Monday). This is the 5th store in Japan for the tempura format.

Hakata Tempura Yamami is a Hakata-style tempura set meal specialty store that fries tempura in front of the counter and offers customers one by one. You can enjoy crispy fried tempura with a special oil that uses cottonseed oil and corn oil luxuriously. In addition, Yamaya's spicy cod roe and mustard mustard are free to refill. We are waiting for you with the service unique to the mentaiko maker directly managed store.
There are counter seats and table seats (for 2 or 4 people) in the store, so even strollers and wheelchair customers can feel free to use it.
In addition, as a take-out menu, we have prepared the popular "Yamami Tendon", "Conger Eel Mabushi Tenju", and "Ebi Mabushi Tenju", which are a combination of shrimp, kiss, pork loin, soft-boiled egg, and vegetables. Therefore, you can enjoy freshly fried tempura at home or at work.
