KADOKAWA Corporation (hereinafter referred to as KADOKAWA) will be holding the "DESIGNS Nagano Mamoru Design Exhibition" for the first time in Tokyo from Friday, December 19, 2025.

~The Ultimate Collection~
The "DESIGNS Nagano Mamoru Design Exhibition" was held at Tokorozawa Sakura Town in Saitama in February 2024, followed by Telepia Hall in Aichi in April, Grand Front Osaka in Osaka from January of the following year, and Fukuoka Mitsukoshi in Fukuoka in April, achieving immense popularity at each venue. The long-awaited Tokyo debut of the exhibition has now been announced for December 2025 .
The venue is Ikebukuro Sunshine City Exhibition Hall B. The exhibition looks back on the design history of Mamoru Nagano, who has created numerous works such as "The Five Star Stories" and TV anime characters and mechanics, and offers a glimpse into the worldview of his creations.

A large number of original drawings, illustrations, design drawings, rough sketches, and cels from Nagano Mamoru's works will be on display, allowing visitors to look back on his career as a designer, from before his commercial debut to his latest designs.
This time, in addition to new exhibits being shown for the first time at the Tokyo venue , it will also include new works that have been added to the Osaka and Fukuoka venues, making it a truly special exhibition that can be called the ultimate edition .
This exhibition will conclude at the Ikebukuro venue for the time being. Please take this opportunity to visit us.

Profile of Mari Kawamura
●Maria Kawamura / Born November 21st. From Tokyo. Voice actress and singer.

Her major appearances include "Mobile Suit Gundam: Aura Warriors Dunbine" (Cham Fau), "Heavy Metal L-Gaim" (Gau Ha Lessi, Lilith Fau), "Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack" (Ques Paraya), the "Slayers" series (Naga the White Snake), "Okaasan to Issho" (the original Spoo), and the game "Dragon Quest X" (Goddess Zenesia).
She voiced the heroine, Lachesis, in the 1989 film "The Five Star Stories," and the heroine, Belin, in the 2012 film "Gothicmade: The Flower Poetess."

Profile of Mamoru Nagano

●Nagano Mamoru: Born in 1960. Originally from Maizuru, Kyoto. Designer.
He joined Nippon Sunrise (now Bandai Namco Filmworks) in 1983. He attracted attention for his work on character and mecha design for the TV anime series "Heavy Metal L-Gaim," which aired the following year. He subsequently participated in TV anime series such as "Mobile Suit Z Gundam."
The manga "Five Star Stories" (pronounced "Five Star Stories") began serialization in the monthly anime magazine "Newtype" published by Kadokawa Shoten (now Kadokawa) in 1986. As of 2025, 18 volumes have been published (and are still being published), and the total number of copies of the series, including related books, has exceeded 10 million.
In 2012, he directed and wrote the screenplay for the animated feature film "Gothicmade: Poetess of Flowers," which was released. As a designer, he continues to present unique and original designs (robots, characters, etc.), which continue to captivate many fans.

The latest issue of Monthly Newtype, the magazine in which The Five Star Stories is published, also introduces information about the Nagano Mamoru Design Exhibition.
