Mametanuki offers a wide variety of inari sushi using flavorful ingredients such as wasabi and ginger, including their signature product, Mametanuki Inari, which is made with fragrant golden sesame seeds, shiitake mushrooms, and dried gourd wrapped in plump, sweet fried tofu.
