GODIVA Japan Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo) will open its third store, "GODIVA Bakery Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store," on the first basement floor of the main building of Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store (Toshima-ku, Tokyo) at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

In November 2025, "GODIVA Bakery Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store" will open.

"GODIPAN" is a familiar bakery brand that allows you to enjoy GODIVA in your daily life, based on the concept of "a local bakery meets GODIVA," which embodies the idea of "reinterpreting the sweet and savory breads that have evolved in Japan with the new ideas of chocolatiers, and proposing a fusion of nostalgia and newness."

GODIVA Bakery Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store is equipped with a bakery kitchen and a low-temperature room kitchen for chocolate, where customers can watch the chocolate being prepared from the storefront. They offer not only freshly baked goods, but also specially crafted products, such as chocolate and cream made in-store. The menu includes popular GODIVA Bakery products such as chocolate cornet, cream bun, and curry bun, as well as the Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store-exclusive Chocolatier's Beef Stew Bread and Chocolat Boule, for a lineup of around 20 items.

The store is designed with an image of a Godiva baker, evoking the fusion of Europe, where Godiva originated, and a local bakery in Japan. From the large window at the front entrance, you can enjoy live footage of cream and chocolate being prepared in the low-temperature room kitchen for chocolate.

At Godiva's bakery shop, Godiva Pan, you can enjoy the possibilities and originality of chocolate and cacao, which only a chocolatier can express, as well as the quality backed by the experience cultivated in Japan over the past 50 years since 1972.

"Chocolatier's Beef Stew Bread"

Godi Pan's unique savory breads are now available exclusively at the Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store: the Beef Stew Bread. This fluffy bread is dressed up in a cocoa-dough hat, spiced with pink peppercorns and cacao nibs, and is filled with a special beef stew with a hint of chocolate. The richness and depth of the stew is enhanced, resulting in a mellow flavor.

This cute and round boule bread is a favorite of everyone. It is made with fluffy dough and topped with a crispy cocoa dough hat.
