Toshima Ward will hold the “Tohoku Support Charity Screening” (co-sponsored by the Disaster Prevention Volunteer Light Association) on March 11, 3rd (Thursday), the 10th year since the Great East Japan Earthquake.

The screening work this time is “Sky and Madeleine of Chikori” directed by Kazuki Agatsuma. This work is the latest work of director Gazuma, who has been shooting documentary films in Minamisanriku Town, Miyagi Prefecture since before the earthquake, and is the story of pastry chefs and volunteers pursuing their dreams in Minamisanriku Town. At that time, it was a masterpiece of director Gazuma’s whole body, drawn as a documentary to give to everyone who wanted to work for someone.

The person in charge said, “Although it is in the corona disaster, I would like to send a message from Toshima Ward with as many people as possible,” I will not let the Great East Japan Earthquake weather. I will never forget the disaster area. ”
