The brand's largest store has opened on the 3rd floor of Ikebukuro Alpa! Enjoy their special "Tsukiji Monja"!

Towa Food Service Co., Ltd., which operates Tsubakiya Coffee and other restaurants, will hold the grand opening of Pastakan Ikebukuro Sunshine City Alpa store on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

The restaurant will move from the basement floor of the facility where it has been operating for 31 years to the restaurant floor on the third floor, significantly expanding its size from 78 seats to 102 seats, and will be reborn as one of the largest stores under the Kotegaeshi and Pastakan brands.
Our experienced staff will assist you in grilling your okonomiyaki, with its exquisite fluffy batter, and Tsukiji Monja, made with carefully selected ingredients and broth, so that you can casually experience the deliciousness of the dish. We have also introduced two serving robots, which will allow us to focus on customer service that only humans can provide, and by deepening communication with customers, we hope to improve customer satisfaction and the value of their experience.
The best part of teppanyaki is enjoying the process of cooking with all five senses, along with the live feeling. Come experience the joy of sitting around the teppan at our restaurant.

Tsukiji Monja is made with a focus on the broth and ingredients, using a broth blended with domestic red sea bream, bonito flakes, scallops, and domestic chicken bones, as well as domestic cabbage carefully selected from seasonal sources.
"Homemade Mentaiko Mochimonja" is a signature dish loved by many customers, and the key to its flavor is the homemade mentaiko, which is hand-prepared in-house using fresh cod roe delivered directly from "Maruju," a long-established fish market founded in 1850 and with a history of over 160 years.
In addition to our signature products, we will be offering an elaborately created "Tsukiji Monja" to commemorate the grand opening.
