Shidax’s first directly managed IP entertainment facility, “Commune Plaza,” is finally opening in Ikebukuro on July 11th (Saturday)!

~Second "Maekawa Yuki Official Cafe" event announced~

Shidax Community Plus Co., Ltd. (SCP), a company within the Shidax Group, a comprehensive service company aiming to solve social issues through its business, which develops diverse services in collaboration with companies, local governments, and community organizations, will open a new IP entertainment facility, "Commune Plaza," in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, on Saturday, July 11, 2026, in partnership with King Records Co., Ltd. We will deliver information on the facility's interior, as well as the second title decided to be "Yuki Maekawa Official Cafe," and more.

SCP will open "Commune Plaza," the first directly managed IP entertainment facility of the Shidax Group, in Ikebukuro, a popular area for fans of various works, on Saturday, July 11th. The aim is to create a "fan community platform" where fans can gather and share their passion. Prior to this, an official website ( https://commune-plaza.com/ ) has been launched to provide details about the facility and the latest information on the titles that will be featured. New titles will be introduced at a pace of once a month, and the facility will start off as a place where fans will want to come back again and again to experience new excitement with each visit.

Furthermore, the official menu offered at "Commune Plaza" brings together the menu development capabilities and cooking techniques cultivated over more than 65 years as a comprehensive service company by the Shidax Group. It recreates the world of the title through high-quality food.

As the first title to kick off the event, an official cafe for the TV anime "Tamon-kun Ima Docchi!?" (original work by Yuki Shiwasu/serialized in Hakusensha's "Hana to Yume") will be held. Following that, as the second title, from August 6th (Thursday) to 15th (Saturday), the first official cafe for popular actor and artist Yuki Maekawa will be held. Not only will you be able to enjoy original food and drinks supervised by Maekawa himself, but there will also be events with him appearing at the venue, as well as special interactive online events, creating an unprecedented sense of unity that blends the real and digital worlds.

We position this facility as the first IP entertainment facility developed by SCP, and we plan to deepen our collaboration with various content holders and host titles from diverse genres in the future. We value the energy that can only be generated in a physical space, and aim to become a new entertainment hub in Ikebukuro.

The cafe will offer original food and drinks supervised by Maekawa himself, sell limited edition goods, and also host events featuring him and online streaming events.
