Tokyu Hands Co., Ltd. will close the Tokyu Hands Ikebukuro store on October 31, 2021 (Sun). The Tokyu Hands Ikebukuro store has been open for 37 years since it opened in October 1984, and has been patronized not only by customers in the local Ikebukuro area but also by many customers from inside and outside Tokyo.
With the closing of the store, the Ikebukuro store will hold a "Full Gratitude Thanksgiving Day" to express our gratitude to our customers for 37 years.

"Talking Hands" is a brand created by Hidehiko Kado, who expresses "communication that does not rely too much on words" with POP art and also develops products.

Born in Nagasaki Prefecture. Having parents of Deaf people, he started drawing pictures from an early age as a supplement to words in order to express feelings that cannot be conveyed by vocal language or sign language. Solo exhibitions, live paintings at domestic and overseas schools, outdoor music festivals, workshops, character design for NHK animation, in-store art at Starbucks Coffee nonowa National Store in 2020, and "Ikebukuro Sunshine City Prince Hotel" He is in charge of designing the "IKEBUS Enjoy Room" and has a wide range of activities.
