Sakura Cafe & Restaurant Ikebukuro in Sakura Hotel Ikebukuro features limited time offers of two types of specially made, unique au gratin for one month!

“Wafu Hamburger-iri Gratin” is made with white sauce, hamburger buns, tofu hamburger steak, mushroom starchy sauce, and Yuzu-kosho. The tofu hamburger steak is made with organic, chemical free vegetables, and the white sauce is made from soy milk and flavored with sake lees.

“Natto Hamburger-iri Gratin” is made with hamburger steak and special chili con carne mixed with Natto, fermented soy beans rich in Isoflavones. Surprisingly, Natto enhances natural goodness of meat and all other ingredients, and there is no distinctive smell of itself.

They are available from May 27 to June 30, 2015. Please enjoy the fusion of Japanese cuisine and western cuisine at this chance!
