In the second part of the event from November 11th (Thursday) to January 30th (Sunday) 2022, a part of the exhibition contents will be renewed! The content has been changed from the previous Zone3 "Kakuren Bone" to the corner "Head (Z) Bone" that focuses on the shape of the skull and teeth. In Zone 5 "Kame no Kora wa Abara Bone World", the elephant nosefish and red lionfish living organisms will be newly exhibited along with the original illustrations drawn by Sunshine Aquarium by Satoshi Kawasaki, the author of the book "Kame no Kora wa Abara Bone". In addition, images of five types of animals and humans, including penguins, will be released for the first time. From the first part of the event, you can enjoy the world view with even more fulfilling contents.

The "Kakuren Bone Card", which was popular in the first part of the exhibition, will be presented to the first 50 people each day! All 7 types of cards will be randomly dealt. The Kakuren Bone Card focuses on three types of fish bones: the coracoid bone, which resembles the shape of a fish, the scapula, and the otolith hidden in the head. This is an original card that introduces mysterious bones that have different shapes depending on the type of fish.

Focusing on cartilaginous fish and teleost fish, we will introduce the features of each.
While viewing the actual creatures, you can observe the beautiful and functional bones hidden in the bodies of the creatures that you would not normally see.
In addition, the work of Iori Tomita, a transparent specimen artist known for the new world "Transparent Specimen", will be exhibited at the venue.

Although it is a real biological specimen based on the method of skeletal research, it also has the appeal of being a "modeled work" that makes you feel "life" more closely. It is attracting attention not only in Japan but all over the world.

What is a transparent specimen? Specimens prepared by a staining method that dyes bones and cartilage in red and blue, respectively, and makes other tissues transparent. In addition to being used for research in various fields such as functional anatomy, it is also attracting attention as an art work. It will also save the lives of dead fish.

ZONE 2 I see THE Bone
Introducing the skeleton of living things and the presence or absence of bones that cannot be seen from the outside in a quiz format.
You can learn the "I see!" Bone knowledge of creatures that you seem to know but do not actually know.

We will develop an exhibition focusing on the shapes and teeth of various fish skulls. By exhibiting living organisms and skull specimens, you can observe the inside of the body (tooth shape, skull) that you cannot normally see.

In this zone, creatures with transparent bodies will be exhibited. From creatures that are completely transparent to creatures that are partially transparent, we will introduce the strategies that creatures have chosen to be transparent in order to live.
From the second part, you can see the image of the abdomen where you can see the movement of the heart of the "Freishman tree frog" whose internal organs can be seen through.

ZONE 5 Turtle shell is a ribbed world
At the time of the special exhibition "Skeleton Exhibition", we will develop a collaboration exhibition with the popular book "Turtle Shell is Rib" series.
All animals, including humans, have their bodies designed according to their living environment. "Why is this happening?" "What is the meaning of the shape?" And the wonders of the skeletons of the creatures are introduced in an easy-to-understand manner with the illustration panel of animals and humans due to human body deformation !! You can enjoy learning with the illustrations.
By exhibiting the illustrations drawn by the Sunshine Aquarium and the living organisms, the highlight is the original commentary that shows the parts (bones) that change when the creature transforms into a human being.
