Those who use Tokyu lines must be familiar with the soba noodle stand “Shibusoba.” We would like to inform you that its Ikebukuro shop just opened on Monday, May 25.
The company, that has opened soba noodle stands in station premises of Tokyu lines, is now trying to expand the business outside the lines, and this Ikebukuro shop is its first attempt!
As other Shibusoba shops do, this Ikebukuro shop uses strictly selected soba (buckwheat) flour and bonito flakes to offer the authentic soba noodle dishes. It also boasts a variety of tempura of ingredients in season. Please enjoy the traditional, quick, delicious Japanese noodle!
