BLACK LAGOON, which was first published as a one-shot in the April 2001 issue of Sunday GX, became a full-fledged serialization a year later in 2002, has been adapted into an anime, and with the latest volume 14 of the manga just released, the original series has become a massive hit with over 10 million copies sold. This year marks the 25th anniversary of BLACK LAGOON. To commemorate this, the "BLACK LAGOON 25th Anniversary Original Art Exhibition" will be held from November 13th (Fri) to December 6th (Sun), 2026 at Sunshine 60 Observatory Park (Ikebukuro, Tokyo).
This event will feature exhibits such as valuable manga manuscripts, reproductions of color illustrations, and firearm props used on comic book covers, as well as photo opportunities.

About 'BLACK LAGOON'

Roanapur, a Southeast Asian city teeming with outlaws, mafia, and hitmen. Japanese businessman Rokuro Okajima is kidnapped by members of the pirate-like transport group "Black Lagoon" while on a business trip to Southeast Asia. Abandoned by his company, Okajima abandons his name and position and becomes a member of Black Lagoon as "Rock." He races across the South Seas with Dutch, the former soldier and boss; Benny, the mechanic; and Revy, the female gunslinger known as "Two-Hand"!
