This exhibition introduces the works of Hiroo Terada, a former resident of Tokiwa-so and a manga artist, as well as his personality and thoughts on manga, along with valuable materials from that time, such as handwritten manuscripts and interview articles.

It was nicknamed "Tera-san" by fellow manga artists who lived in Tokiwa-so, and was loved as "Aniki". This can be seen in essays and manga drawn by fellow manga artists in later years. However, at present, there are few opportunities to see Terada's manga, and it is also a fact that there are few opportunities to know what kind of work he was drawing and what kind of thought he has as a manga artist. The person in charge said, "I hope this exhibition will give you an opportunity to get to know the face of Hiroo Terada, an aniki branch of Tokiwa-so, as a manga artist."
