We offer seasonal flavors that can only be enjoyed at the Spring Hokkaido Delicious Food Association. In addition to the limited menu, you can also purchase seasonal ingredients.

Crab
In Hokkaido, "crabs" are popular for fishing from March to April. We recommend "Horsehair crab", which has a rich taste and delicious crab miso. This time, we will sell crabs full of umami selected by Yamazaki Fisheries, a crab specialty store that first appeared. In addition, we offer bento boxes that use seasonal crabs in a luxurious way. Seafood lunch boxes will be sold at the popular [Asahikawa] Nijo-tei.
