In this renovation, we have increased the number of rooms from 113 to 201 by installing new types of rooms for multiple guests such as family rooms and extra rooms connecting rooms, as well as ladies' rooms that female guests can use with peace of mind and comfort, and we are now able to accommodate a variety of purposes, including not only business use but also family use and female guests. In addition, we have newly installed large natural hot spring baths separated by gender, where you can enjoy the beauty-enhancing water of Okuyugawara brought from Okuyugawara hot springs.
In addition, to coincide with this renovation, a new elevator has been installed that can take you from Exit C1b inside Ikebukuro Station on the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line to the side of the hotel entrance, allowing you to come directly to the hotel without getting wet in the rain.

Natural hot spring water brought from Oku-Yugawara is available in the large baths for men and women. The spring quality is "sodium-calcium chloride-sulfate (weakly alkaline hypotonic hot spring)" and is expected to have various effects such as beauty, neuralgia, muscle pain, poor circulation, fatigue recovery and health promotion. You can enjoy hot spring water even though it is located in the city of Ikebukuro.

We offer a well-balanced menu of freshly baked bread, organic vegetable salads, and other items to get you going in the morning. As a menu item unique to this store, we plan to offer unique croquettes such as "Monja Croquette" and "Daigaku Imo Style Croquette," as well as "Tokyo Milk." We have newly installed a "Ladies Room" where female guests can stay safely and comfortably.
We have bedding that fits women, such as the "Soft and fluffy ladies' pillow" made in collaboration with pillow manufacturer "Jibunmakura" and original mattresses made just for women. In addition to items such as hair irons and actress mirrors, you can also try out shower heads and hair dryers from beauty brand "ReFa."
In this store, the entire floor is a "ladies floor" for women only, and the large bath for women is on the same floor, so you can move around with ease. We have also created a new room for multiple people. The "Extra Room Connecting" is a room with a large desk and two rooms connected on the inside that can accommodate up to four people.

SDGs Initiatives: "Toshima Children and Youth Support Project" and "Net Zero CO2 Accommodation"
We have installed vending machines in our stores in support of the Toshima Children and Youth Support Project.
A certain percentage of the sales from the vending machine will be donated to the Toshima Children and Youth Support Fund. By purchasing from this vending machine, you can participate in social contribution activities.
Also, starting in October, all Super Hotels have implemented an environmental conservation initiative called "Net CO2 Zero Stays" for all guests. Through the introduction of CO2-free electricity and carbon offsetting, this initiative will reduce all CO2 emissions during your stay to net zero. Tickets for the sightseeing bus "IKEBUS" are sold at the front desk.
"IKEBUS" is a bright red electric bus that travels around the Ikebukuro area on two routes.
"IKEBUS" is a very convenient way to explore the town of Ikebukuro. One-day passes (adults: 500 yen, children: 250 yen) and 1,000 yen coupon tickets are sold at the front desk. It is very convenient for accessing Ikebukuro sightseeing spots.
