As our society is rapidly shifting to ageing society, one of the most important subjects is converting our circumstances into “barrier-free,” and new technology required to realize it is the ICT technology. On March 5, 2015, a seminar of such ICT-based barrier free environment is to be held at Toshima Kumin Center.
