A curry specialty store with the concept of "a curry shop that pleases the body" will open on the rooftop food cart. This is the 5th store of "Hokuto Curry" opened in Sengawa, Chofu City in June 2021 when the two owners who had no connection with curry met "Saba Curry".
As a commemorative event for the opening, we will offer mackerel curry at a discounted price for the first 100 people (finished when 100 people are reached) from the opening date.

Hokuto curry, which aims to be good for the body, is easy to eat even for those who are not good at spices and beginners. Japanese-style soup stock and white miso are used as a secret ingredient, and a commercially available roux is added to make the taste familiar.

For mackerel curry, we use a can of mackerel boiled in water, which is made by baking and loosening domestic mackerel, and add 9 kinds of spices, scallions that complement the mackerel, onions, and long onions to make a curry that feels the taste of mackerel. I'm finishing it. Although the spices are effective, the presence of mackerel is not perfect, yet it is a unique signboard menu that you can eat refreshingly.
As a menu limited to the Ikebukuro store, we will also develop "Children's Chicken Curry" and Lassi.
