Boulangerie Le Bien was founded in 1913 in Saint-Brieuc, a town in Brittany in northwestern France blessed with a warm climate and a coastline facing the Atlantic Ocean, and blessed with abundant nature.
Le Bien Michel is a family of three generations of bakers. Michel came to Japan in 1974 when he was 19 years old and began making bread in Kobe. Eight years later, in 1982, Le Bien opened its first store in Japan at the Hanshin Department Store in Umeda, Osaka.
From traditional breads to new styles of bread, all made using techniques handed down from Michel to our artisans, Le Bien bread is delivered to you with the hope of making your daily meals more colorful and happy.
Le Vian Ikebukuro Tobu store offers a wide range of breads, including the standard product lineup, as well as breads that are only available at the Ikebukuro Tobu store. There is also an eat-in corner, so you can easily enjoy a meal in the store.
In addition to the menu using their specially selected bread, the Ikebukuro Tobu store exclusive menu, packed full of deliciousness in a cup, is also perfect for takeout.
